Refund policy

For stock product shipped from Pro Industrial Inc. within 30 days of purchase, there is no restocking fee and no questions.  For product shipped direct from the manufacturer, any restocking fees and return policies of the manufacturer are extended to the purchase.  Funds will be returned to the same form of payment used when purchasing.  Product must be in like new resalable condition in the original packaging and will be inspected prior to issuing a refund.  Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error made in shipping the correct product.  For items that are shipped at no cost, the cost of the outgoing shipping will be reduced from the total funded amount.
